Head-and-body length: 60-80 cm. Weight: 2.5-10 kg.
It is often seen from high mountains to flatlands, and its footprints usually can be seen in winter.
It preys on squirrels and rats, but also eats plant fruits.
Contact with the red fox is really dangerous because it carry the Echinococcus parasite that cause Echinococcosis in humans.
If you see them on the side of the road, do not feed them.
