Last week, cloudy or rainy days continued.
but today, August 6th was summery weather with hot-air.
■Sugatami area
The long hair of Aleutian avens were wet by morning dew.
Most of the Aleutian avens was turned to be fluffy, but there are some place where flowers were still in bloom.
The silhouette of Asahidake was sometimes covered with clouds.
but during the hiking, the peak of asahidake reflected on the Sugatami-pond, it looks like a place of sanctity.
■Asahidake stone hut ~ Peak of Asahidake
On the mountain ridge, when wind blowing, we could feel refresh.
There are the signposts on the trail. this sign is linked to the “Tasukaru map” (Handy guide map for survival)
It is posted at each point of trail such as Sanroku Station-Asahidake-Mamiyadake-Nakadake-Susoaidaira-Sugatami Station.

■Backside of Asahidake campsite
There is a rough spot just off the mountaintop, it is very slippery.
After passing through the spot, snowy valley still remain.
■ Mamiyadake-Nakadake trail
You can see the magnificent caldera on your right.
■ Nakadake Onsen
There is a small hot spring, you can dip into hot spring.
Ezo-marsh marigold were in bloom around valley.
■Susoaidaira
