Flower diameter is about 1 cm. Height 20-30 cm.

It is an evergreen small shrub that grows like a carpet in moderately moist rocky areas, grasslands and snowy fields in the alpine zone.

You can see it around the Sugatami-pond. The flowers are long pot-shaped, magenta color with fine hairs on the surface.
